IT-9202 is a solid lubricant rich paste designed for assembly and running-in of the metallic components. It is designed for use for the press-fit assemblies, as a running-in lubricant for new machines and gears or as a lubricant for machine elements subject to intermittent movement. The paste is also useful for lubrication of the threaded spindles, splined shafts, tooth gearing, worm gearing etc. The paste provides a high pressure absorption capability and low friction coefficient. Suppresses stick-slip and prevents seizure and scoring. It facilitates dismantling & reduces formation of fretting corrosion while as it provides emergency running in performance.

IT- 9208 is a high temperature paste designed for thread-in and plug-in tools or bushesin the hydraulic/pneumatic hammers. The lubricant prevents seizure and premature wearof the tooling. It forms an efficient load carrying separating film on the surface thatprotects against fretting corrosion.

IT-9203 is a solid lubricant rich, heavy duty anti-seize and extreme pressure lubricating paste designed for threaded connections subjected to very high temperatures and load. Also for lubrication of slow moving sliding surfaces exposed to high loads and high temperature. It protects parts against seizure, galling and corrosion in fresh and salt water environments.

Product Details:

IT-9201 - a copper based anti-seize compound provides a protection against high temperature seizing and galling. All mated parts, studs, bolts, flanges and gaskets, remove more easily and in cleaner and better condition. This product can be used on copper, brass, cast iron, steel, all alloys including stainless steel, all plastics and all non-metallic gasketing materials.Service temperature range:  - 30 °C up to + 1100 °C

IT-9200 is extreme-pressure lubricant for assembly, press fitting, threaded connections, running-in and maintenance. Containing a blend of molybdenum disulfide and white solid lubricants in a mineral oil, it serves as a multipurpose heavy duty lubricating and assembly paste. It is helpful in preventing galling during run in, helps extend the service life of moving parts, and helps protect against fretting wear and corrosion as well as welding of static joints. This product features a low coefficient of friction immediately upon application, without burnishing.Service temperature range:   - 30 °C up to + 450 °C - Open Air Upto + 600°C; for applications with restricted air access

Product Details:

IT-3307 compound is grease like translucent silicone paste designed for requirements of moisture-proof dielectric seal for ignition systems, electrical systems and electronic equipment. It is stable in the temperature range of 50 to 200 oC. The paste possesses very high dielectric and lubricating properties, high order of water repellency and oxidation resistance which makes it a most amazing water, moisture and dielectric seal-cum-lubricant for switches, cable and cable connectors, battery terminals rubbers and plastics, electrical insulators and ceramic bushing. Applied on electrical insulators and bushings IT-3307 compound prevents the formation of a continuous conducting film of water and thus prevent flashover, minimize electrical leakage and reduce maintenance. It readily wets and adheres, to dry surfaces of metals, ceramics, rubber, plastics and other insulating materials, giving them very high surface resistivity, even under moisture-condensing and dust/ash laden atmosphere. It protects and maintains the flexibility and resilience of rubbers, plastics and similar materials. It shows very great resistance to track and the effects of corona discharge.

This multi-purpose extreme pressure paste contains pure graphite. It has an excellent adhesion to all types of metal surfaces and contains special additives which inhibit rust and corrosion. Formulated with a non-melt base, it exhibits low friction & extreme pressure properties. The lubricant provides good wear resistance and protection against galling, seizing and corrosion on metal surfaces.  Possessing excellent properties of adhesion to metal surfaces even when the surfaces have been exposed to oils, it therefore offers outstanding resistance to water washout and protects against the harsh effects of outdoor environments.
