IT-4337 is synthetic oil based high temperature polyurea thickened grease designed for use in bearings exposed to wide temperature range & severe conditions like water load and speed etc. The lubricant is designed for long-term lubrication at high operating temperatures and high loads (e.g. vibrations) and esp. designed for highly loaded plain and rolling bearings, joints, slides, hinges and guiding in rolling mills, iron and steel works as well as for machines and plants in all industrial areas. Suitable for use in drum bearings in continuous wood panel presses. 

 

Service temperature range:        - 20 up to + 200 ^oC

Consistency                              NLGI grade 2

 

Features:

The lubricant exhibits remarkable extreme pressure properties, reduces friction & wear and offers low starting torque even at low temperatures. It is resistant to water, other aggressive agents & provides excellent sealing properties. The grease has high oxidation stability, good shear stability & offers low internal friction making it ideal for central lubrication systems. 

For all friction pairings plastic/plastic resp. plastic/metal in appliances, small gears and adjustment mechanisms. Lubrication of micro bearings in precision Instruments, fans and motors. Typical applications in the automotive industry include its use for Window lifter, sliding roofs, seat adjuster, Bowden cables etc.Service temperature range:     - 60 to + 130°C

IT-4326 is mineral oil based high temperature Polyurea thickened grease designed for use inbearings exposed to wide temperature range & severe conditions like water load and speedetc. The lubricant is designed for long-term lubrication at high operating temperatures andhigh loads (e.g. vibrations) and esp. designed for highly loaded plain and rolling bearings,joints, slides, hinges and guiding in rolling mills, iron and steel works as well as for machinesand plants in all industrial areas. Suitable for use in drum bearings in continuous wood panelpresses.Service temperature range: - 20 up to + 180°C (short term till 200 OC)Consistency NLGI grade 1

IT-4328 is an inorganic non-soap thickener, smooth structured greases with speciallyselected base oil for high temperature operating conditions under severe shock loadconditions. It is water resistant and is not affected by mild acids / alkalis. It has highmechanical stability for long life and protection against rust. IT-4328 contains molybdenumdisulphide.

IT-4329 is a long-lasting non-reactive, non-flammable, inert lubricant designed for use on equipment exposed to high pressure reactive chemicals and reactive gasses. It is compatible with oxygen and other reactive chemicals and is also compatible with polymers used in seals, O-rings and valves.A superior film-forming ability allows this lubricant to provide a thick oil layer that reduces friction and wear, extending equipment life in severe duty applications. The non-oxidizing nature of the base oil makes the grease last longer. The lubricant is thickened with a unique polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) that has a melting point of 325 °C Service temperature range:   - 15 up to + 325 °CConsistency   NLGI grade 1.5

IT-4339 is an outstanding heat stable, long life, synthetic non-melting greases which exhibits superior high temperature stability. Some applications include it use on conveyors, ovens,electric motors, printer fuser assemblies & other high temperature processing equipment.Made from the most thermally stable synthetic oil, IT-4339 out-performs in areas where othersynthetic greases fail.

A high temperature food-grade & inert lubricant designed for rolling and plain bearings in circle conveyors, waffle/wafer biscuit oven conveyors, turn-table bearings, hot gas blower fan bearings etc. IT-4314 offers extended re-lubrication cycles and longer equipment life compared to other lubricant technologies. It will not oxidize or form carbonaceous deposits. It is non-toxic, nonflammable, and chemically inert. The lubricant is cost-effective lubricant, helping to reduce labor-intensive maintenance and equipment downtime due to component failure. IT-4314 is also compatible with most metals, elastomers, and plastics.Service temperature range:   - 30 up to + 300 °C
