It is a clear, Tetramethyltetra- phenyltrisiloxane, single-component fluid. Low vapor pressure of IT-7405 silicone fluids at baffle temperatures results in low migration rates. Jets and boiler surfaces hence stay clean; it exhibit virtually no breakdown or decomposition under operational conditions. The recovery rate of IT-7405 after exposure to air at operating tempera¬tures is faster.

IT-2598 Motorcycles are high-speed applications that operate in tough conditions like rain, dirt, sand, and high shock loads. These specially developed chains are used as the part of the drive train to transmit the motor power to the back wheel. The chain must never be run dry. Lubricating the chain regularly prolongs its life. IT-2598 is based on synthetic oils containing oil soluble organo-moly compounds. It goes on to wet to penetrate parts deeply, setting up an adhesive lubricating coating that does not fling-off at high speeds. The protective coating set up on the outer of the chains protects against the corrosion and weathering effects.

IT-2507 is a low viscosity, quick evaporating stamping fluid designed for drawing of both ferrous & non-ferrous sheet metal. IT-2507 has to be applied by a suitable method on the sheet metal just before stamping. Apply the product thinly by spraying equipment or roll on one or both sides. After the operation, the residual oil will evaporate at room temperature without leaving any oil traces on the surface of the sheet metal.  Cleaning of the sheets for removal of any oil traces for further operation is not necessary as it evaporates without leaving any traces. This is a ready to use formulation and do not mix with water.

IT-3408 series refrigeration oils are heavy-duty refrigeration compressor oils made from se-lect base stocks for minimum carbon deposits. These have special additives for excellent resistance to ammonia and other refrigerants and contains exclusive wear-reducing ad¬ditive. These are not recommended for use with HFC refrigerants. The oils combine the advantages of carefully selected base oils, which have inherently excel¬lent low temperature characteristics, with a highly effective additive package, creating peak perfor¬mance under the rigorous conditions encountered in refrigeration systems.This product has efficient additives that inhibit sludge formation in the presence of commonly used refrigerants. Sludge will clog expansion valves, stick valves and rings, and cause deposits that choke the system’s cooling efficiency. IT-3408 will not produce corrosive or sludge-forming reac¬tions with metals and refrigerants commonly found in refrigeration systems. It does not foam and has excellent low temperature performance because it is supplemented with pour point depressants. This assures that the oil will remain perfectly fluid at low temperatures while maintaining the highest viscosity for effective lubrication.IT-3408 is used for reciprocating and rota¬ry refrigeration compressors. Cold storage ware-houses, ice rinks, and meat and other food pro¬cessors are typical users of IT-3408. Every precaution should be taken to keep the oils dry to avoid the formation of ice in expansion valves, and to limit the risks of oil degradation, copper plating, etc.
