IT-4107 is premium food grade silicone valve & packing grease formulated with high quality Phenyl Methyl silicone oils and thickeners. It is adherent and provides excellent sealing properties. In comparison to conventional PDMS silicone oils, IT-4107 has much higher thermal stability and remains stable at temperatures > 250°C (open system) & 300°C closed system.The grease is designed for use as a sealing grease in autoclaves in pharma industries, valves in hot and cold water lines & for valves in the chemical industry.

IT-4360 series greases are multi-purpose premium polyalphaolefin (PAO)-based lubricants designed for use in a wide variety of industrial applications where regulations specify H1 grease for “incidental food contact”. This premium grease provides long life, wide operating temperature range, very high load carrying capacity, excellent water washout, and anti-corrosion properties.  The greases are designed for use in all types of food machinery, anti-friction bearings, low to medium speed industrial bearings, slide ways and enclosed gears.
